We had a blank sheet (ie no CRM at all) and so needed Forbidden to build everything from scratch. We started with Sales Hub and 6 months later are implementing Marketing Hub. Scott has been instrumental in making our implementation so successful. We went live in the end of January 2026 (our phase 1). Since then we have continued to work with Forbidden to improve and enhance the system to meet our needs. Scott's workflows are well thought out and he tests them against our criteria/requirements to ensure they meet the specifications. He has helped to automate internal processes that took a lot of time and helped us to have visibility on key information. He held weekly drop in sessions/training for our sales team to ensure they were getting the most from the platform and that they understood how to navigate and get the information they needed. Over time this has become unnecessary as the team are confident and actively using the system. I cannot recommend Scott and the rest of the Forbidden team highly enough. They have made a difference to our business in a short period of time. We are looking forward to working with Sacha on the Marketing Hub to implement this further enhancement to our HubSpot instance. From day one, Sacha took the time to understand how our business actually operates rather than trying to force us into a generic CRM setup. Our Special Projects process is quite unique, with bespoke watch projects moving from enquiry through design, production and delivery, and Forbidden worked closely with us to map every stage into a system that genuinely supports the way we work. The discovery workshops were particularly valuable. Instead of jumping straight into implementation, they challenged our existing processes, identified opportunities to improve them, and helped us simplify areas that had become overly manual. McCorkell - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company used Forbidden onboarding to transition from a basic HubSpot plan to the Service Professional Plan. We had full access to a helpful portal where useful documents, tasks and training documents were stored. Some documents/ tasks were relevant to our business and others weren't, which felt overwhelming at start with, however some 1:1s with Hannah helped to establish where we needed to focus. David and Hannah spent time getting to know our business, which is quite unique and didn't fit neatly into the HubSpot model. Solutions were found to our unique set up - what we learnt was that there are solutions to all problems. We learnt some 'easy wins' which we wouldn't have been able to do without the onboarding. I don't believe that we would be at the point we are at now without the onboarding provided. It is well worth the time and investment. She really helped us to steer through the trickiest of situations and we all felt very secure, knowing she had our backs. Specifically, Mia and the Forbidden team were very knowledgeable about Project Management, CRMs, APIs, integration mapping between two disparate data systems, data hygiene best practice, marketing campaigns, customer journeys and reporting needs for customers like us.
