# Northbridge Partners

A HubSpot website that sells the firm before a partner walks into the room.

Northbridge Partners advises mid-market firms through acquisitions, carve-outs and leadership succession. Their old site was a brochure. We rebuilt it as a sales tool — one URL a partner can send instead of a 40-slide deck.

## The client.

Northbridge Partners advises mid-market firms through acquisitions, carve-outs and leadership succession. Partners were still sending pitch decks from a brochure site that had not been touched since 2018.

## The challenge.

The old site talked about the firm, not the buyer. Content was hard to update, enquiry forms dumped into a shared inbox, and search traffic went to competitor pages with clearer offers.

## The strategy.

We rebuilt the site on HubSpot CMS around two journeys: buyers looking for counsel, and talent considering the partnership. Pages lead with outcomes, proof and a single next step — not a corporate history.

  We split the information architecture so neither audience lands on the other’s content. Enquiries and applications no longer share a form.

  ### Proof that does the selling
  
  Case metrics, sector pages and partner bios sit where a buyer actually looks — before the contact form, not in a PDF footer.
